Holidays rental
- from April 1rst to June 30th : 75 euros/night, 440 euros /week (middle season season, minimum 3 nights, some exceptions for week-ends on request).
- from July 1rst to August 21th : 85 euros/night, minimum 6 nights, 500 euros/week,
- from August 22nd to November 11th : 75 euros/night, 440 euros/week, minimum 3 nights, some exceptions for week-ends on request).
Cleaning fee for the stay: 65 euros.
In Fall or Spring, it is possible to rent the house for shorter stays, on request.
Pets not allowed.
Bed linen provided, bed dressed for your arrival.
For Covid protocol, towels ar no more provided, and we ask you to remove bed linen and put it in a basket the day you leave.
Tourist tax for Holidays accommodation waiting to be evaluated : 0,87 to 4 euros (5% of the price per day depending occupation, due only for adults)
Deposit: 400 euros by credit card Stripe preauthorisation
For bookings more than 1 month before arrival : 30% on booking, the balance a month before arrival
For shorter delay, the total amount is due when you book.
